These Terms govern sales contracts concluded through innovationhourly.com between EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED (Seller) and customers (Buyers). Submitting an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

Prices are displayed in Euro and are valid at the time the order is placed. The price applied is the one displayed when the order is submitted.
The Buyer places an order by completing the form on the product page. The order is confirmed by phone within 24 working hours. Phone confirmation is an integral part of the purchase process.
💵 Payment is made in cash upon delivery (COD). The Buyer pays the courier directly the full order amount. No advance payment is required.
Delivery takes place within 24-48 working hours after telephone confirmation. Shipping is free. Pursuant to Article 18 of Directive 2011/83/EU, delivery to EU consumers is guaranteed within 30 days from conclusion of the contract.

Products sold to EU consumers are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED's liability is limited to the order amount. Mandatory consumer rights of the consumer's country of habitual residence are not affected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer protection rules (Art. 6, Rome I). EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before courts of their country of habitual residence.
