🛡️ Every product sold on innovationhourly.com is covered by a 24-month legal warranty on manufacturing defects, in full compliance with EU Directive 2019/771.
1. Legal basis
For EU consumers, the warranty is governed by Directive (EU) 2019/771 as implemented in the consumer's country. This guarantee is mandatory and cannot be waived.
2. Duration
24 months from delivery. For the first 12 months, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at delivery (reversed burden of proof in favour of the consumer).
3. What is covered
- Product doesn't match the description, type, quantity or quality stated at sale
- Not fit for normal intended use
- Manufacturing defects or material faults not visible at purchase
- Missing accessories or instructions required by the contract
4. What is NOT covered
- Improper use or misuse of the product
- Failure to follow the instructions for use
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Accidental damage (drops, liquid ingress, etc.)
- Defects known to the customer at purchase
5. Your remedies (in order)
- Free repair
- Free replacement
- Price reduction if repair/replacement is impossible or disproportionate
- Full refund if the defect is substantial and repair/replacement fails

7. Return shipping for warranty claims
All return shipping costs for warranty claims are borne by EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED. We provide a prepaid label or arrange free courier collection.
